Eric Conway

Eric Conway was a winner in the 1985 Yale Gordon Concerto Competition. As a prize for this competition, he performed Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto with the Peabody Symphony. In the same year, he was inducted into Pi Kappa Lambda, an honorary Music Fraternity.

In 1987, Mr. Conway performed Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy at Baltimore’s Meyerhoff Symphony Hall with members of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Former teachers include Jack W. Thames, Ann Schein, and Ellen Mack.

After securing both the Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Conservatory, he is currently pursuing his Doctoral Degree. He is also on the faculty of the Baltimore School for the Arts and Morgan State University.
